Kitchen wall crash

A learner driver crashed into a unit after losing control at a Drouin roundabout.
Police said the occupant of the unit was treated for shock after a vehicle crashed into a kitchen wall at 9.10pm on Wednesday.
The learner driver, a 27-year-old from Drouin, was transported to West Gippsland Hospital with an arm injury. A fully licensed driver in the passenger seat was not injured.
It is believed a 2012 Hyundai i30 was travelling south along Hopetoun Rd before hitting a gutter and losing control in the roundabout at Young St.
Police said the vehicle veered across the south-bound lane, over a nature strip and through a fence before crashing into a kitchen wall.
The crash caused extensive damage to the unit wall as well as the front end of the car.
