The Warragul Football Netball Club held their 2022 senior presentation night at the Warragul Downtowner in great style.
A large crowd was in attendance and thoroughly enjoyed the evening, in large part thanks to master of ceremonies Daniel Giardina who led the evening with both grace and humour.
The highlight of the night was the induction of the club's 78th life member, John Mulqueen. Fittingly, John's family and friends were all present to witness the great occasion, as presented by the club's current life members, led by Gavin Ough.
Husband and wife team Andy and Mandy Fennell were both awarded Best Club Person, awards with Mandy delivering an emotional speech describing their love of the club and the enjoyment they get from being part of the Gulls family.
Will Hatfield was named the senior team's Rising Star, receiving the Bobby Richardson Memorial Trophy. Will humbly and gracefully responded thanking the club and his team mates, with a big special mention to his senior soach Dean Alger, who he said had been fantastic for his development.
