Two primary schools were broken into on Wednesday, October 30.
Police said they attended Ellinbank Primary School in Hazeldean Rd after an alarm was activated at 3.55am.
A glass door at the main entrance was smashed to gain entry to the school. Police said it appeared a fire extinguisher was then used to force entry to an internal office. Empty laptop bags were located.
Police said it was similar to a burglary reported at Poowong Consolidated School at 2.45am.
