A 24-year-old Trafalgar man died after a vehicle collided with a fallen tree at Warragul South yesterday.
Police reported the fatality occurred on Bull Swamp Rd just before 6.30am.
They said the man was driving west when his vehicle collided with the fallen tree.
Police said the vehicle then veered off the road and came to rest in an adjacent paddock.
The driver was the sole occupant of the vehicle. He died at the scene.
Bull Swamp Rd was closed for several hours while Baw Baw Highway Patrol investigated the fatality.
