Wet and wild fun at St Paul’s
1 min read

Year six students from St Paul's Anglican Grammar School have given every muscle a workout during their recent experience at Camp Coolamatong on the Banksia Peninsula.
From the adventurous pursuits of tubing and abseiling to the skill-building activities of bike orienteering and bush cooking, students experienced an action-packed week.
They navigated the waters in sailing and canoeing sessions and conquered a challenging low ropes course, while maintaining their walking fitness on a night hike where they marvelled at bioluminescence in the water.
They also delved into indigenous education sessions, sought out koalas at Raymond Island and revelled in beach games at Ocean Grange.
Throughout the camp, students not only developed teamwork and communication skills but also explored the significance of fostering positive relationships.
Teachers were there every step of the way, prioritising each child's wellbeing within a positive and enjoyable experience.
Now armed with their newfound knowledge and experiences, students will carry this back to the classroom where they will reflect on their experiences and apply them to their personal learning journey.
