Centenarians celebrate
1 min read

Moving at a pace that might be a bit quick for a person of 100 years old, the St Paul's Anglican Grammar School prep 'centenarians' made their way through the school grounds to celebrate their 100 days of prep.
With rollers in hair, pearls draped around necks, bushy white moustaches and walking sticks, it was evident the preps were excited to celebrate their 100-day milestone.
Remembering they were supposed to be 100 for the day, they slowed themselves down and, with the aid of their walking frames, paraded through the school to see the big kids in their classrooms, and tell them of their aches and pains while hunched over walking sticks.
Leading the pack of oldies were spritely senior citizens, who called themselves glam-mas, and bearing more than a close resemblance to their teachers.
The 'centenarians', aka preps, celebrated their learning milestone and alongside their new friendships at the very beginning of their learning journey.
