Concert fun at St Paul’s
1 min read

Performing arts students at St Paul's Anglican Grammar School campuses at Warragul and Traralgon gained some real world stage experience when they put their talents to the test before a community audience at the West Gippsland Arts Centre.
The performances in their Centrepiece concert featured solo musicians and vocalists, dance and drama students and ensembles from both schools.
To earn a place in the one stage performance the students had to go through an audition process that gave them insights into preparing to apply for future professional performing arts appearances.
The students develop their potential through a number of co-curricular programs provided by the school that allow them to personalise their learning experiences.
Centrepiece also gave backstage crew students an opportunity to work directly with professional sound and lighting engineers at the Arts Centre and gain experience they can use in future professional portfolios.
The St Paul's performing arts students will have another chance to showcase their solo and ensemble skills at an upcoming combined campus concert "Codetta" to be staged at the Gippsland Performing Arts Centre in Traralgon on November 22.
