A local arts teacher may soon be rubbing shoulders with Australian's top musicians after being short-listed for the ARIA Music Teacher of the Year Award.
Rose Butera of St Joseph's Primary School is one of 20 teachers shortlisted for the annual award, with the top five to be announced next month.
