St Ita’s Primary School, Drouin celebrated father’s day on Friday.
Students invited their fathers into school early for breakfast and a chance to take in displays of their work.
Event organiser Leonie Treller said bout 200 students and parents attended the celebration.
“We also have a powerpoint with students sharing reflections of their dad,” she said.
“It’s a chance to get the dads involved in the school.
“Often they are at work and miss out, so it’s a chance to come and feel part of the school.”
