Trafalgar remain in third position on the division one ladder despite a loss to Warragul on Saturday.

Division one: Trafalgar 2/64 lost to Warragul 16/80
William McIlwain (skip), Ian Miles, Graham Hill and Kyen Jenkins lost 17/18.
In a very close game, William's side needed a three on the last end to win. They won the end but scored only one shot to lose by one.
Nathan Cook (skip), David Cook, Sean Tatterson and Peter Rosenboom lost 7/28.
Nathan's team had no answers to a strong Warragul four.
Matt Schreyer (skip), Tim Fraser, Edward Kuklinsky and Wayne Hurst won 25/13.
Matt's rink had a good day out and, although the scores were close early, they pulled away for a convincing 12-shot win. This earnt them rink of the week.
Chris Bortignon (skip), Adam Proctor, Noel Rubenstein and Paul Dawson lost 15/21.
Chris' team had the lead early. However, a 12-shot comeback by Warragul left Trafalgar down by nine shots. Despite a good try, Trafalgar were unable to make up the deficit.
Division three: Trafalgar (2) 2/63 lost to Boolarra 16/94
Peter Jonas (skip), Barry Leicester, Luke McFarlane and Daniel Quine lost 11/18.Peter's rink let Boolarra get the jump on them early. Despite a mid-game comeback, they couldn't manage to make up the deficit.
Peter Watson (skip), Mal Clymo, Pat Tatterson and Tony Dawson lost 10/23.
Peter's team had the same scenario. They let the opposition get away to be down 4/23 on the 16th end. Despite late improvement, they still went down by 13 shots.
Frank Farrugia (skip), Billy Nisbet, Rob Connell and Anthony Dalgleish lost 13/34.
Despite playing reasonably, Frank's team was totally outclassed by a superior Boolarra side. The only saving grace was a seven scored by Trafalgar on the 16th end.
Terry Robertson (skip), Bruce Giles, Mary Holdsworth and Col Carmichael won 29/19.
Terry and his gang were the only ones able to tame the Demons. After a slow start, Terry's side put the pedal to the metal and scored a 10-shot victory.
Division five: Trafalgar (3) 2/51 lost to Drouin (3) 14/57
Derek Jones (skip), Peter Dart, Xavier Schreyer and Shirley Melsen won 16/12.
Derek's rink held a narrow lead nearly all day, holding the opposition off to score a four-shot win.
Darryl Horner (skip), Helen Robertson, Sue Robinson and Kathy Geisler lost 15/20.
Darryl's rink got the jump to be 7/2 up on the sixth. The opposition came back to get to nine-all at the 11th and then kept Trafalgar scoreless for the next eight ends. Trailing 9/20, Trafalgar scored six on the last two ends.
Paul Gridley (skip), Heather Taylor, Lincoln Fraser and Larry Heenan lost 20/25.
Paul's team were locked in a close struggle all day, with only one shot between the sides on the 20th end. Needing a two for victory, Trafalgar saw the opposition score a four.
Division six: Trafalgar (4) 0/34 lost to Neerim District (3) 10/49
Travis Jenkins (skip), Noel Morland, Sarah Jenkins and Rosalyn Blew lost 20/22.
This was a game that could have gone either way. Tied 20-all on the 20th, Travis' side failed to win the last end.
Ian McCarthy (skip), Dennis McGrath, Ken Davey and Bruce Males lost 14/27.
Ian's side had a good start but fell away in the middle of the game. The final target was out of reach.
Midweek
The midweek sides scores some good wins on Tuesday.
Division one: Trafalgar 16/74 defeated Moe 0/45
Ian Miles (skip), Matt Ogilvie, Noel Rubenstein and Shirley Melson won 26/14.
Ian's rink came from behind to take an 11/10 lead on the 11th end and never looked back. The 12-shot win saw them win rink of the day.
Adam Proctor (skip), Paul Dawson, Helen Robertson and Sue Robinson won 22/13.
Adam's team led all day, had a bit of a fright in the middle, but it got it back together to have a nice win.
David Cook (skip), Edward Kuklinsky, Heather Taylor and Pat Tatterson won 26/18.
David's side were down 0/8 after two ends. However, they shut the opposition down for the next seven ends to lead 11/8. From here, it was all Trafalgar.
Division two: Trafalgar (2) 14/70 defeated Morwell 2/57
Frank Farrugia (skip), Greg Sephton, Lyn Hill and Tony Dawson won 24/22.
Frank's team was level-pegging before breaking away to lead 24/11 on the 16th. Morwell came back to outscore Trafalgar by 11 shots to nil over the last five ends. However, Trafalgar held on for a two-shot win.
Wayne Hurst (skip), David Wilson, Margaret Moss and Joanna Reekie won 27/15.
Wayne's rink was in a see-sawing affair, with scores 10-all on the 12th. Trafalgar put the pedal to the metal, outscoring the opposition 17 to 5 and also sharing the rink of the day honours with a 12-shot win.
Rob Matthews (skip), Paul Gridley, Col Carmichael and Carol Fox lost 19/20.
A six on the 10th gave Rob's side a 10/2 lead. Morwell then scored 15 unanswered shots but Trafalgar dug deep and had it back to a draw at 19-all on the 20th. However, luck ran out on the last end, going down by one shot.
Division five: Trafalgar (3) 5/41 drew Newborough (4) 5/41
Darryl Horner (skip), Lyn Sephton, Denise Fenton and Noel Moreland won 22/21.
It was a close game until Darryl's team pulled away to lead 20/8 on the 16th. Newborough came back with 13 straight to lead by one shot on the 20th. However, Trafalgar snatched victory on the last bowl of the day.
Tim Fraser (skip), Sean Tatterson, Bev Webb and Rosalyn Blew lost 19/20.
Tim's rink kept their nose in front all day. They were leading 19/15 on the 20th when the unthinkable happened. The opposition scored a five to snatch victory on the last end.
