Peter Throup (skip), Pat Fraser-Aurisch, Ray Throup and Karren Sheers defeated Brendan Jennings' team 26/7.
Neerim dominated from the start, initially with singles and then the multiples flowed. By the 13th end, they led 21/1 and by the 16th end it was 24/2. Thorpdale managed to trim the margin but went down by 19 shots.
