Longwarry has brought home the division four premiership cup after a 12-shot grand final victory over Yarragon.

As is customary, the win was celebrated by Gerard "Hogg" Mitchell doing his lap of honour with the cup and streamers.
Division four: Longwarry (2) defeated Yarragon 79/67.
Longwarry took on Yarragon in great conditions at Trafalgar Bowls Club on Saturday.
The club thanked Trafalgar for a wonderful job hosting and catering for all players and spectators.
The Longwarry team got off to a great start, extending the lead out to as many as 28 shots up at one stage. However, to Yarragon's credit, they came back strongly to get within eight shots.
Longwarry remained calm and a great team effort bought home the premiership flag.
It has been a fantastic year by this team. After winning last year's division five premiership, they went up a great and again brought home the cup.

Kevin Dixon, Blake Bartrop, Mark Serong and Gerard Mitchell (skip) lost to Jason Roberts' team 19/20.
Dale Hendrick, Pauline Dixon, Simon Counsel and Graham Woolstencroft (skip) defeated Sam Mazza's team 20/12.
Matthew Bail, Ian Charge, Mark Light and John Majkut (skip) defeated Kevin McLaren's team 18/17.
Midweek
Longwarry's midweek team will play in today's division four grand final after a fantastic 17-shot win over Garfield at Drouin last week.
This team will be striving hard to turn the tables on Warragul after a semi-final defeat two weeks ago.

Hayden McCarthy, Pauline Dixon, Col Finger and Craig Cousin (skip) lost to Helene Newton's team 23/20.
Kevin Dixon, Carol Gibbon, Nat Cousin and Jason "Pommie" Lieshout (skip) defeated Gwen Fabris' team 20/18.
