Attendees at the Warragul Football Netball Club's sponsors and life members lunch were treated to a special guest appearance from former AFL star Bachar Houli on Saturday.
Houli, a three-time premiership player for Richmond, discussed many topics with Warragul senior football coach Jed Lamb.
These included his journey to the AFL as the son of Lebanese immigrants, winning flags with the Tigers and even a joking talk about his 2017 clash with Lamb that left the latter unconscious.
The sponsors and life members were then treated to a win on the footy field as the Gulls knocked off a premiership fancy in Moe, with Lamb even echoing some of Houli's words during the victory.
