The Drouin Football and Netball Clubs will be hitting the road this year after revealing their full 2025 Gippsland League fixture last week.
The Hawks will be unable to play at their home due to redevelopment works at the Drouin Recreation Reserve but have only recently been able to unveil where they will be playing their 'home' games.
While the Gippsland League had already revealed their fixture, the locations of Drouin's games were still under consideration at the time.
The Trafalgar Recreation Reserve will be their base for much their home games, officially slated to host the Hawks six times.
Drouin's round two fixture - their first home game of the year - will be at the Morwell Recreation Reserve while their round 12 fixture against Wonthaggi will take place at the Ted Summerton Reserve in Moe.
The location of their round 18 Western Derby match against Warragul remains to be seen.
The works at the Drouin Recreation Reserve aim to fix the surface of the oval, which has become notorious in the Gippsland League for its poor state under the duress of wet weather and its constant use.
One year of pain, it is hoped, will give way to many years of prosperity in the future.
