Gulls fade late

Going into the final quarter against Bairnsdale, Warragul had plenty of reason to feel some confidence.
The Gulls had played some of their best footy in weeks, having kicked more goals in three quarters than they had for the entirety of their last two games to trail by just two points.
Some of their players were putting on their best performances of the year, as the return of Tom Kelly was proving a boon.
The club had plenty of fun pre-game, getting involved in Bairnsdale's "DIY Big Freeze."
By the time the final siren came, however, the Gulls found themselves out in the cold as they conceded eight goals in the final quarter to lose 12.10 (82) to 19.9 (123).
