In the battle between the top two division one teams, Drouin won two of the four rinks but lost the overall result on Saturday.
It was the same story for Drouin bowlers in division two, whilst division five was unsuccessful on all three rinks.
In division six, Drouin gained maximum points via a Traralgon RSL forfeit after being unable to field a team.

Bruce Andrews, Dale Hendrick, Graeme Aubrey and Toby Wallace (skip) defeated Ryan Marston's team 16/14. Maureen Leighton, Jan Aubrey, Les Firth and Sheryl Atkinson (skip) defeated Alan Grubb's team. Dave McIlfatrick, John Leighton, Geoff Bailey and Mark Atkinson (skip) lost to Kevin Lovett's team 8/34. Peter Wallace, Denise Hamilton, Mick Fleming, Samantha Atkinson (skip) lost to Tommy Lodge's team 19/21.
