Disappointing day for Drouin
1 min read

It wasn't Drouin's day as two sides lost preliminary finals on Saturday.
A grade: Drouin 37 lost to Moe 64
Moe showed why they finished on top of the ladder with a top class performance on Saturday.
Eb Mumford was persistent and unrelenting with her defensive pressure and combined well with both Kym Diston and April Bethune.
Drouin supporters saw glimpses of what the attack end are capable of but they just couldn't take the opportunities when they came their way.
The Hawks are proud of the girls for getting to this point of the season.
B grade: Drouin 41 lost to Traralgon 53
Coming up against a tough opponent in Traralgon, the Hawks side knew they had had a difficult task ahead.
A great first quarter had the Hawks take an early lead. The contest stayed tight for the next two quarters as well.
Kylie Procter was on fire with her shooting, Ruby Pratt fed beautifully and the defence end applied pressure all game.
Chelsea DeRiter continued her outstanding form in finals.
Unfortunately, Traralgon got a quick run on in the last quarter and Drouin just couldn't find an answer.
