Neerim-Neerim South demonstrated the gap between the top sides of the Ellinbank District competition and the mid-table hopefuls in their round seven clash with Nilma-Darnum.
Aside from some signs in the second term where they mounted a challenge with three goals, the Bombers found its opposition simply too good as the Cats powered away to win 22-20 (152) to 5-3 (33).
