Police are seeking information on a blue Ford Falcon reported in Drouin on Friday night.
It follows reports of a suspicious person loitering outside a vacant unit in Darnum St at about 11.30pm.
Police said the person had left before officers arrived but a photograph had been captured of a vehicle and back registration plate.
Anyone who saw a blue Ford Falcon, with cancelled registration plates "1HI 4TH", is urged to contact Warragul police station on 5622 7111.
