Youths on monkey bikes allegedly damaged a cricket pitch at Bellbird Park in Drouin on Wednesday afternoon.
Police said a cricket club volunteer reported the criminal damage at the Settlement Rd property.
The volunteer told police a group of youths rode monkey bikes onto the cricket pitch between noon and 2.30pm, causing damage to the synthetic wicket and turf.
Police said Baw Baw Shire Council had reported a number of incidents of skid and burnout damage to the wicket and oval in recent times.
