Students at Warragul North Primary School have been learning about taking care of the environment.
Staff have been encouraging students to take food free of wrappers and waste in their lunchboxes, and any accumulated food waste is put to good use.
All food waste - about 12kg a day - is collected and placed in the school's nine worm farms.
