A 13 unit development, described by objectors as an "overdevelopment" has been approved by the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
VCAT has approved the 13 unit development at 46 Norman Rd, Drouin submitted by Retirement Townhouse Pty Ltd.
The application was taken to VCAT when council failed to decide on the application within the 60 day statutory timeline. However, council indicated it did not support the application, with one councillor describing it as a "blot on the entire landscape."
