Two teenagers were arrested after an altercation between four girls near Drouin Railway Station on Saturday afternoon.
Police and paramedics were called to the incident near a bus stop between 1pm and 1.20pm.
It was reported that bystanders were required to step in and separate the girls.
Police are investigating if a verbal altercation on a train may have led to the incident.
Paramedics treated minor injuries and two girls were arrested by police. They were released pending further inquiries.
