The Trafalgar Chamber of Commerce and Industry has paid tribute to its longest serving member Graham Davey following his death last Friday.
Graham, 66, was a stalwart of the Trafalgar business and wider community.
He held many executive positions with the Trafalgar Chamber of Commerce and Industry during his 40 plus year involvement which was rewarded with life membership.
Graham and his wife Maria operated Traf Men's and Boyswear for more than 30 years and were strong supporters of local sports clubs and groups in the district.
In a social media tribute, the TCCI said Graham's "impact on the business community in general is unmeasurable."
"His legacy will survive many generations. His good humour, his historical perspective and his friendship will be sadly missed," the tribute said.
The Trafalgar Football Club past players also paid tribute to Graham as a junior premiership player in the fourths (1973) and again in the reserves in 1976.
Graham is survived by his wife Maria, children Michelle and Ryan and their families.
A funeral for Graham was held at Trafalgar Public Hall on Thursday.
