For some, a hospital is a frightening place, full of woe. But for Teresa Webster, the West Gippsland Hospital has been a place of community, support and fond memories for 40 years.
At a recent awards ceremony, 42 staff members of West Gippsland Healthcare Group were celebrated for their years of service at the hospital, with Teresa taking out the biggest award for 40 years of work in the environmental services team.

As a young adult, Teresa was aware of the community spirit contained w
