1 min read

Police deployed stop sticks to intercept a car that had been stolen from Longwarry two days earlier.
Two youths, a 15-year-old from Moe and 16-year-old from Morwell, were arrested after fleeing the vehicle once it came to a stop.
The white Holden Colorado utility was stolen from Longwarry at 3am on Saturday, September 2.
Police allege the vehicle was used by offenders who were involved in a series of thefts in the Baw Baw and Latrobe municipalities.
After seeing the vehicle, police deployed stop sticks in Moe during the early hours of September 4 to intercept the stolen vehicle.

Offenders stole a remote control from a vehicle parked in the driveway of an Amberlea Drv, Drouin home on September 3.
The residents woke at about 3am to the sound of their electric garage door lifting.
When they went outside, they saw a dark coloured Holden Commodore leaving the property.
Police said offenders used the remote control to lift the garage door but did not enter the house.
On the same morning, offenders cut padlocks to tool boxes on a tray utility parked in Hearn St, Drouin.
