Irate parents have slammed actions by Baw Baw Shire officers when they dropped off children at Drouin Secondary College for their first day on the new school year last Wednesday.
The Gazette was contacted by several parents angry that uniformed shire officers were taking photos of the number plates on their cars.
One parent, Kathryn, said it appeared to be a revenue raising issue by the shire.
