Dog attacks have killed numerous sheep on farms south of Warragul with farmers particularly on edge with the lambing season due to start in the next few weeks.
Attacks have been reported at Tetoora Road, Seaview, Mountain View and Mount Worth but wild and farm dogs are not responsible, according to two farmers that spoke with The Gazette about their losses.
They say pet dogs are to blame.
