A $3.2 million overhaul of the dangerous Brandy Creek and Old Sale Rds intersection is set to deliver a roundabout designed to improve safety and visibility for motorists.
The works include construction of a compact roundabout and street lighting to help drivers safely navigate the intersection. Reduced speed limits of 80km/h also will be introduced at the intersection to reduce the risk of high-speed crashes.
