Blokes BBQ tops $200,000

The 11th annual Baw Baw Big Blokes BBQ raised $208,000 on Friday in an afternoon filled with laughs, drinks, food and most importantly, discussions about men's health.
The event saw 700 men descend on Lardner Park to raise money for prostate cancer research while enjoying a classic slow cooked beef brisket lunch along with entertainment.
It has now raised more than $1.9 million for the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia and other local initiatives over its 11-year history and was awarded the Baw Baw Shire 'Event of the Year' at the Australia Day awards earlier this year.


Comedian guests included Des Dowling, Dave Thornton, Arj Barker and Ma
