Op shop raises $40,000 for Andrews House
1 min read

Andrews House residential aged care at Trafalgar has again received great support from the Trafalgar auxiliary opportunity shop handing over its latest cheque for $40,000.
The auxiliary makes two substantial donations each year to Andrews House that is managed by West Gippsland Healthcare Group.
WGHG board chair Jo-Anne Moorfoot said the money would help buy some new furniture and murals and to establish a community kitchen garden at the complex.
Ms Moorfoot praised the hard work of volunteers running the opportunity shop and raising funds, praise echoed by auxiliary president Glenys Brennan who said all volunteers enjoyed giving back to their community and were thrilled to be able to make the latest donation.
Andrews House provides permanent and respite aged care.
