New kindergarten meets Drouin growth

Drouin will receive a new kindergarten to meet a growing and desperate need for placements - but it won't open for three or four years.
Victorian Premier Jacinta Allan announced Drouin in a list of 20 locations for new early learning and childcare centres last Tuesday.
"More childcare options, closer to home: that's what Victorian parents need, and that's what we're delivering," Ms Allan said.
However, Member for Narracan Wayne Farnham said the limited details and announcement the service was not set to open until 2027 or 2028 was "a big disappointment".
