The Golden Globe winning musician and singer laughs to herself when people show her the sights while she is abroad. By her own admission, they are often magnificent, but she says she often thinks, if only you could see my garden.
And community members will have that opportunity when her garden - The Cork Tree - opens as a feature of the My Open Garden program this Saturday.
It is the first time Lisa has opened the gates to her property for an open garden, but it is part of a bigger dream she has when her music commitments reduce.
Lisa says her garden is a "place to dream, to share and embrace the poetry of being alive."
