The region's tourism promotion has taken out another major award.
Destination Gippsland received top honours in the Brand Revitalitarion category of the Australian Marketing Institute awards presented in Sydney recently.
The award was for its All Kinds of Wonder (AKOW) tourism brand that chief executive officer Terry Robinson said acted as a toolkit for recovery after Gippsland was heavily impacted by bushfire, drought and COVID, the fires and COVID completely shutting down the tourism industry at times.
