Yarragon Lions Club hosted its 44th annual changeover dinner on Wednesday, June 22.
The evening celebrated those who served the club last year and introduced those who are taking up board positions this year.

Secretary is Allan Lodge, Maree Dore is treasurer, Richard Sandy is membership chairman, Leeanne Evans is tail twister, Richard Sandy is lion tamer and the other directors are Jim Geary, Joe Van Den Broek and Kevin Arnold.
Mr Cropley thanked all members for their contributions throughout the year at the evening. The club distributed more than $72,000 in disbursements during the year, supporting the Good Friday Appeal by donating first prize and second prizes, and representing the club at Anzac Day celebrations.
The club gained an additional five members which Mr Cropley said would strengthen the group.
He gave special thanks to Peter Petschel for his "magnificent" work at the Yarragon Op-Shop, Allan Logan for coming on board as secretary, and Joe Van Den Broek for many years catering for Bunnings, sales and other events.
