Lack of trust in the government was the biggest concern Indigenous people have about the Voice, Reuben Berg told last week's community forum.
Mr Berg said he had spoken to many Indigenous communities about their concerns and fears, and it always came back to a lack of trust of the government.
"We have seen the negative impacts of government interfering with our lives. There is a fear of the government and a lack of trust," he said.
