Food is an expression of love for Drouin woman Kasamba Chabala, who is set to cook up a storm at the World Food Championships Australia (WFCA) in Melbourne this week.
On Friday, Ms Chabala will present judges from the prestigious school and culinary network Le Cordon Bleu with an African fusion dish inspired by the meals she grew up eating in Zambia.
The championship will kick off at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition C
