Police are warning local motorists to be mindful when using the carpark at Warragul Railway Station.
It comes after a growing number of incidents at the Alfred St carpark in recent weeks, including cars stolen, car break ins and - on Thursday morning - the theft of two wheels.
Police said two wheels were reported stolen from a 2014 Holden Commodore station wagon parked in the southern end of the carpark, adjacent to the BP service station, at about 8.35am.
The owner had left the vehicle in the carpark for only 10 minutes.
It is reported that a jack was used to elevate the vehicle, with two wheels removed from the driver's side. Two old tyres had been left on the ground under the vehicle.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Warragul police on 5622 7111.
