They departed in convoy.

Police allege two males approached the northern end of the supermarket, where the liquor department is located.
They said the pair kicked a roller door before they left the carpark.
It is alleged they returned shortly after, with one holding a machete and another holding a large hunting or carving knife. It is believed a third person remained inside the vehicle.
Although the roller door was knocked off its tracks, they were unable to force entry.
Police allege the vehicle turned right onto Main Neerim Rd, driving on the wrong side of the divided road, to depart Neerim South.
