A suspicious grassfire was located near the Yarragon Railway Station last Tuesday night.
The fire was reported at about 7.35pm on the Waterloo Rd side of the train tracks.
Police said they believe an accelerant was used to start the grassfire due to the heat and damage caused.
However, the quick actions of the Yarragon and Trafalgar fire brigades as well as the green grass conditions resulted in it being contained to a small area.
