An environmentally friendly upgrade has been a blast from the past for staff at Warragul's Dickson's Mensland.
Store owner Phil Dickson said the change from plastic bags to paper was reminiscent of the paper used by his grandfather Rob Dickson to wrap up items for customers in the 1930s.

While items are no longer wrapped in paper and tied neatly with a stri
