New water fountains that make it easier to refill reusable bottles are now available free from Gippsland Water to help ensure people are hydrated at community events.
The fountains also have a fresh new look featuring artwork by Gunnai artist Alice Pepper.
Gippsland Water's managing director Sarah Cumming said the improved design reduced reliance on single use plastic water bottles.
She said they were free to book from Gippsland Water and available for not-for-profit community events where a water main connection is available.
They connect to any ordinary garden hose fitting.
