For the second time in three weeks residents in the northern section of Trafalgar anxiously watched water levels in local drains rise quickly and in some sections overflow onto roads and properties during heavy rain last week.
With some residents measuring falls up to 85 millimetres over 24 hours to 9am Wednesday, water quickly flooded yards and paddocks of a number of properties in the Contour, Settlement, Seven Mile and Lochs Creek Rds areas - but did not enter any houses.
