Farmers Market fun

Despite showers of rain on Friday December 1, the Warragul Kids' Farmers Market was a resounding success, growing in numbers from previous years.
Warragul Farmers' Market president Cindy Powell said the initiative, creativity and preparation of the young stallholders was outstanding.
"Compared to the 2022 market, we had more stalls this year," she said. "The Kids' Farmers Market is a great opportunity for the community's young and talented entrepreneurs to showcase their passion, art and creativity in innovative ways. Everyone had lots of fun, even the rain didn't stop people from getting out and mingling."
Since its beginning in 2017, the Warragul Kids' Farmers Market has become a significant platform for local children to demonstrate their passion for creating and develop collaborative skills. Support for the market, rain or shine reflects the community's commitment to encouraging the next generation.
