Local businesses and organisations are working together to ensure kids have a gift to open on Christmas morning.
Warragul Salvation Army corps officer Jenni Frost said calls for support were growing in the district as people face cost of living challenges.
"If we can just help so the kids get something on Christmas Day, that is a great relief for families," major Frost said. "They can still do something special for their kids."
