Construction of a wind farm in the Strzelecki Ranges, on which construction is planned to start in the second half of next year, is being challenged in the Supreme Court.
Strzelecki Community Alliance is contesting approval granted for the 33 turbine wind farm by the state planning minister last March.
The hearing is scheduled to be held in February.
