The 4.5 hectare town that includes an historic hotel, a campground and a two-bedroom house has been bought by a married couple from Melbourne.
The new owners, who do want to be named at this stage, told The Gazette they have already taken possession of the property, travelled there last weekend and are still considering their plans for its future.
However, re-opening the hotel within several months after getting necessary approvals and licences is firmly in their mind.
Current caretakers that reside there will remain at this stage.
