More than 50 people attended a community health open day in Warragul last week.
The morning, at the West Gippsland Healthcare Group allied and community health building in Gladstone St, offered demonstrations, information stalls, raffles and smoothies.
It aimed to offer a behind the scenes look at the range of services on offer.
Such services include a free fitness class for people aged 65 years or above. Strength and balance classes are offered throughout the week.
