A back door was forced open during a burglary at a veterinary clinic in Trafalgar.
Police said a mobile phone was stolen and the building damaged during the burglary on Friday, March 7.
It is believed a tool was used to force open the back door of Trafalgar Veterinary Clinic in Contingent St at about 4.30am.
As well as damage to the door and doorframe, attempts to access other areas resulted in further internal damage.
Police said CCTV captured three people who were believed to be travelling in a utility vehicle.
In a separate incident on the same day, jewellery was stolen from a Trafalgar house.
Police said the Anzac Rd burglary occurred between 11am and 5.15pm.
It is believed entry was gained via an unlocked back door, with numerous jewellery items stolen.
