Long serving Federal Member of Parliament Russell Broadbent will be challenged for Liberal Party pre-selection as its candidate for Monash at the next election.
Mr Broadbent confirmed with The Gazette that he has lodged his nomination to be selected for the Liberal Party's candidate at the 2025 federal election.
However, after holding the seat since 2004, Mr Broadbent will be challenged for pre-selection.
